$175 per 50 minute session at foothills location or virtual therapy.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or
employee benefit plan. I do participate as an in-network provder on multiple
panels. Please check with your insurance plan to determine if I am in your
network. You may want to ask the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Do you cover therapy provided over the telephone or video conference software?
Reduced Fee
Depending on availability, I am happy to negotiate a fee lower than my
full fee on a case by case basis. I believe in making therapy available to
everyone and the standard fees or lack of insurance coverage are certainly
one of the main barriers to access for people seeking treatment. $175 is a
typical full fee for a 50 minute session. Please let me know if you require
a lower fee.
Payment
Cash, check or electronic transfer at the time of the session. For your
convenience, I can also accept credit cards, debit cards, or HSA cards.
Cancellation Policy
I require a full 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled
appointment. If notice of cancellation is given with less than 24 hours notice, but still the day prior to the appointment, the late cancellation fee is $40. If you cancel your appointment on the same day, or do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment
without having given any notice, the full fee for the reserved session time will be charged. This is an out of pocket charge as insurers do not pay for missed
sessions. Where possible, I will work with you to reschedule
the session or meet via telephone if your insurer allows that modality.
